Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Also we do offer free sample with certificate of the product you wish to order so that we can guarantee that the product you are ordering is correct. However. if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
    All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date (for orders in Metro Manila) and fourteen (14) days (for orders outside Metro Manila). All returned items must be in same weight, sealed and dry if ordered dry and vice versa.
  • Valid reasons for exchange only include the following: :
    • Color range is different from the sample of the product.
    • Size range is different from the sample and certificate.
    • Item is wet if you order it dry and vice versa.
    • Item delivered is incorrect.

Due to an influx of emails and messages we receive on a daily basis, kindly expect a response within 1 to 2 business days.
    • Tell us why you want to do a Return/Exchange and let us know the item/s you want to exchange for. Our Customer Service Representative will let you know if your request has been approved. Kindly note that the new item must be of the same value (or higher) as your original purchase. The price difference of item/s with a higher value than the original item must be paid.
    • Choose one of the following options below on how you would want to return the item:
      • Store Drop-off: Visit our warehouse at 31 Cairninto Rd. Corner Dagohoy St.. Caloocan City together with the item you want to return. For Exchanges, you may choose any item in-store as long as the product is on stock or you may have to wait until stock is available.
      • Standard Shipping: Send the package through your chosen courier and email us the tracking number so we can monitor it. Once you have chosen the item you want to exchange for, we will then book a pick-up with our partner courier.
    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. Once stock is available for the product you wish to exchange we will then notify you by email, facebook page chat or via text message when your return has been processed.

    If an item is not picked up within the specified timeframe, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on top of the total amount of the product, excluding VAT, for every 15 days that pass. However, customers can always request an extension if they are unable to pick up their item.

    If an item is not picked up and no extension is requested within 60 days, we reserve the right to resell the item and will not be responsible for any costs or damages associated with the unclaimed item.

    • Ody Mineral Trading will not be liable for any cost if under some circumstance that the item gets lost, damaged, or mishandled in transit.
    • All return or exchange requests shall be subject to evaluation. Ody Mineral Trading reserves the right to decline the request if any of the conditions above are not met or not agreed upon by the customer.
    • If the condition of the item failed the evaluation, the item will not be eligible for a return/exchange and will be sent back to the customer as is.

    • Please note. you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
