Silica Sand For Industrial Use

FOR INDUSTRIAL USE

Our silica sand consist of sub-rounded to sub-angular in form or shape and composed of almost pure quartz with 94% up to 97% of Si02 purity and is ideally suited for industrial applications such as glass making, construction and hydraulic fracturing, etc.

Paint Texture

Mixing sand into interior paint is an inexpensive way to add interest and texture to your walls. We have fine, medium or coarsely ground silica sand.

Paint and Coatings

Silica improves reflectance, brightness and color consistency for any large scale uses. Industrial sand therefore plays a role in keeping the buildings, cars, and boats from looking worn.

Paver Sand

Our sand is finely graded and dried to remove all water and moisture which is perfect for block paving and paving slabs.

Tile Adhesives & Grouts

Our ground silica sand are use to improve durability of adhesives due to low water absorption and high permeability.

Epoxy Flooring

In the epoxy flooring industry one of the most commonly used minerals is quartz sand. Our white quartz sand is perfect as an anti-slip aggregate.

Sand Blasting

Abrasive blasting is more commonly known as sand blasting. Silica sand is used as abrasive material to remove impurities from surfaces; this is because sand particles are almost the same size and the edges of the particles are sharp.

Glass Production

One of the most common applications for silica sands is in glass production. In the production of glass, silica should be chemically pure composed of over 98% (SiO2) and must contain between 0.025% and 0.04% of iron oxide (Fe2O3).

Boiler Sand

Silica sand as bed material for boiler is used to even out heat fluctuations and make the combustion of the fuel more efficient.

Frac Sand

"Frac sand" is chemically high purity quartz sand with very durable and very round grains. It is a crush-resistant material produced for use by the petroleum industry.
